Radio / navigation screen de-laminating. Radio controls malfunction while driving. I am the fist and only owner of this vehicle. Car is garaged , and only has 63,000 miles on it. No environmental reason why this would be happening. I have went to dealership service department and they stated it was not covered by my extended warranty . The Jeep was giving me a warning sign. It said stop slowly. Your jeep will shut off so I replaced the two batteries. As my Mechanic told me I replaced the alternator. I also replaced the ground wires. Nothing is making my jeep start. We ran the codes on the jeep and it came back as a U0100 code with the PCM system. Car was parked. When I returned the passenger head rest had popped. No accident.

The driver seat Active Head Rest system deployed unexpectedly while the car was parked.

While operating the vehicle at a low speed, it has on multiple occasions decelerated, stopped, and displayed the message Shift to P, then desired gear. This issue has been observed on both the highway during rush hour and on local streets. No diagnostic trouble codes are present when the system is scanned.

On [XXX] while driving in northeastern colorado on hevily traveled [XXX] without warnin lamps, messages or other symptoms my vehicle stopped running.
